Job Description
The Account Manager for Government Recruitment Services is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with government clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions, and driving business growth within the public sector. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy Development : Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with their objectives.
Contract Management : Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with government regulations and organizational standards.
Project Oversight : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for government clients, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates and adherence to project timelines.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and to facilitate the successful placement of candidates.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, government hiring practices, and policy changes that may impact recruitment strategies.
Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
