Law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

Pleadings & discovery
Schedule & coordinate depositions
Expense reports
Conflict checks and handle new matters
Calendar and travel arrangements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree

At least 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm required

Experience with private wealth & fiduciary matters highly desired

Paralegal certificate is preferred

MS Office Suite required
