General Dentist - Central Iowa - ASAP START! - Pay $110-$120 / hr - Long Term Locums

Start Date : As soon as credentialed (2 weeks max) - Would like a 6-12 month commitment if possible

Contract Length : ongoing

Shift Details : 8a-5p - no nights, no weekends

Schedule : 4 days per week

Work Details :

Support Staff : 1 hygienist, 1 dentist and 2 dental assistants

Department Description : 2 dental chairs, 16 patients per day, ages 5 - adult. This is a rural community and they do have a large Spanish speaking population. They have bilingual staff

EMR : Epic Wisdom

Skills Required : Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, 3D print. Will refer out complex cases. They have a contact at the IA dental board if needed

Travel Logistics :

Specific travel client will pay for : Travel and Loding

Requirements :

at least 1 year experience required

Procedures : Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, 3D print. Will refer out complex cases.

Board Certification : Yes

License Required : Active IA license without restrictions

Certifications Required : BLS

Credentialing Timeframe : 1-2 weeks
