As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include :

Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing school.Current practical nursing license in North Carolina and CPR certification required.Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience; home health experience is preferred.Proficient in essential technical skills, including hand / eye coordination for injections and computer use.Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with patients and caregivers.Physical ability to manage patient care tasks, including lifting and transferring patients.Strong mental capabilities to assess conditions, develop care plans, and communicate effectively.Sensory abilities to visually assess patients and use hearing for effective communication.Work Environment :
