We have a current opening for a Virtual Construction Manager. This role can sit our of our Sacramento, CA office or Dallas, TX Office.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities :

Workforce Management & Leadership :

• Coaches modelers and detailers for successful accomplishment of their Key Results, by assessing their existing skill sets, identifying areas for coaching / training and providing feedback.
• Leads by example. Maintains a positive attitude towards the work, the team, the projects, and the company.
• Promotes and exemplifies company culture and linking values.
• Coordinates and hires manpower based on workload and schedule.
• Ensure modelers and detailers understand the client’s and field operation’s needs, objectives, and challenges on projects and work for their success along with others.
