This position is located in Pleasant Grove / Stockton CA. Qualifications Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate Caterpillar and Weiler paving equipment operations in different applications to customers.
• Experience in the paving industry. Working with paving crews a must and / or paving technician experience.
• Customer presentations, and training. Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal.
• Strong drive to problem solve, working with multiple parties.
• Must be a self-starter with good time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate and train customers and sales teams on equipment technology systems for full product line in different applications.
• Training and machine set up at delivery.
• Working with customers on job sites (mapping, production studies, troubleshooting).
• Understanding of Cat, Trimble, and other grade, payload, telematic, etc. solutions. Basic set up a must.
• Call or trip reports to sales management, and use of CRM.
• Travel to customer sites, at the days and times needed by the customer.
• Coordinate with training department, Caterpillar and sales team on new product training.
• Desire to obtain certifications from Caterpillar.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and / or Experience :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years of heavy equipment experience are required. Some computer skills are required. Further training will be provided with job specific software.

Language Skills :

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

Must have a valid California driver's license class B, but prefer a class A license, a clean D.M.V. report, and Forklift Operator Safety Certifications.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation :

Pay Range : $90,000 - $100,000 Annually + Incentives

Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
