Job descriptionIs responsible for completion of applications and gathering of necessary information to marketing department by 100 days before expiration for any renewal account being marketed. Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC. Process renewal change requests Manage client invoicing needs, in partnership with Operations Manager and Accounting Department Create renewal proposals, including marking appropriate sections with highlight and signature tabs Attach and label quotes / policies / binders / renewal notices within CRM Bind and / or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract Partner with Marketing and Placement, Bonds, Loss Control & Safety, and Claims teams to coordinate client needs, servicing requirements, and marketing efforts Identify and communicate penetration opportunities : additional coverages and products not currently provided to client Partner with Producer to understand scope of client's business, needs, risk profile, and other necessary information Enter new applications into EPIC Pull Loss Runs, Loss Analysis for Marketing Bind and / or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract Partner with assigned Account Tech in servicing mutual accounts Work as an efficient team member with Producers on new or existing accounts Manage incoming mail Ensuring all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC All other duties assigned Generous benefits package including 2x annual salary employee life insurance, employer-funded long-term care coverage, employer-funded short- and long-term disability, a 3% employer contribution to your 401(k) plan (no match required !), competitive health insurance rates, generous PTO and company holidays, and more. THE ROLE
Ongoing Client Servicing
- Timely handing of all incoming communication (calls, emails) from clients and companies regarding accounts in AM's book
- Serve as back-up to other account managers on the Large Commercial team to provide coverage when they are out-of-the-office
- Export client risk, as applicable
- Ensure clients complete their builders risk reporting forms
- Mail audits within 24 hours of receipt to insureds and follow-up as set by established audit procedures
