Job descriptionThere are several different tiers and salaries will depend on experience. General range however is 160K-220K base plus a 15%-20% bonus. 8 years of experience in backend software engineering platform engineering or MLOps with success architecting and operating complex systems at scale. 2 years of direct hands-on experience building applications or platforms on top of AI / ML models or LLMs. Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with modern software architecture and API design. Demonstrated ability to build maintainable well-documented SDKs and tooling for other developers. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and building services in multi-cloud PaaS environments (AWS Azure GCP). Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code -Terraform Proven experience building and operating production-grade SaaS platforms with strong knowledge of CI / CD monitoring telemetry and reliability engineering. Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as Bedrock Vertex Semantic Kernel or LangChain. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for building scalable resilient systems and raising the engineering bar across the team.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platform AI Engineer to design build and operate the core services powering AI-driven this role you will architect scalable systems design developer-friendly APIs and SDKs and work directly with modern AI / ML and LLM technologies to deliver reliable production-grade solutions. You will join a team solving complex distributed systems challenges while shaping the technical direction of a platform.
