Epic

  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details : An outpatient OB / GYN clinic is seeking coverage for a maternity leave for at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role. The position requires coverage 4 days a week, with potential flexibility for 5 days if needed. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m. and 1 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with no call. The provider will perform a range of procedures including abscess or cyst drainage, breast exams, cervical biopsies, colposcopy, endometrial ablation and biopsy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy, IUD and subdermal contraceptive insertions / removals, LEEP, Pap and pelvic exams, hormone replacement therapy, well woman exams, and focused transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds. The role also involves general women s health visits, including chemical or electrocautery of external lesions and minor surgical procedures such as epidermal cyst removal and Bartholin s gland cyst management. Familiarity with Epic EMR is required.
