Accounting Associate I

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate I / Billing Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls regarding invoices, payments, and account status

Assist customers with account updates and maintain written records of transactions

Process credits and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

1-2 years of collection / Accounts Receivable experience

1+ year experience with MS Office, especially Excel
