Job Description :

Demonstrated knowledge of : adult learning concepts; classroom scheduling; design and development of training, learning materials and training aids. Demonstrated ability in : budget monitoring; making group presentations; following and presenting prepared training material; coordinating key contacts for timely work delivery; Good quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude; o Proficient in using Microsoft applications : o Excel (intermediate level); o PowerPoint (intermediate level); o Word (intermediate level); o Outlook (intermediate level). Ability to effectively manage concurrent tasks / projects / deadlines and proactively seeks resolutions to problems; Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate including grammar, spelling, and the ability to convey ideas and information that is tailored to the target audience; Ability to work collaboratively and independently and to establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment; Ability to be solution oriented; Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills within a diverse environment; Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations; Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care; Ability to analyze and organize moderately complex information and adapt to new information and ideas quickly.
