Machine Shop Associate :

Location : Aurora, CO 80223

Hours : M-F, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $23-25 / hr., Depending on Experience

Experience : Minimum of 6 months Machine Shop, Production, or Warehouse experience.

Machine Shop Associate Responsibilities :

• Loading and unloading materials :

Placing raw materials onto machines and removing finished parts.

Setting up tools and fixtures on machines according to blueprints and specifications.

Running machines, mills, lathes, band saws, or other relevant equipment to produce parts according to production requirements.

Checking finished parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.

Removing rough edges from parts using hand tools or automated deburring equipment.

Cleaning and lubricating machines, checking coolant levels, and reporting any malfunctions.

Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety guidelines in the machine shop.

Maintaining production records and completing necessary paperwork.
