Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians, you will employ your nursing expertise to cater to the physical and psychosocial needs of residents as per their individualized care plans.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring residents' health, comfort, and safety.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to their care.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Communicating openly while maintaining confidentiality.
• Counseling residents and families on care and treatment plans.
• Participating in the development of self-care programs for residents.
