Overview

Schedule : Monday - Friday Day shifts

Purpose Statement / Position Summary : The Cardiac Sonographer Provides direct patient care to include Congenital ECHO, Two-dimensional ECHO, Three-dimensional ECHO, Mmode, Doppler, and Color Flow Imaging, EKGs, Holter Monitoring, Holter EKG Scanning. Training other medical staff. Uses knowledge of digital systems to prepare preliminary reports. Collaborates with other health care team members in the delivery of health care. Consistently demonstrates commitment to a patient and family focused model of care.

Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : Pediatric experience preferred.

Education / Licensure / Certification : Education / Licensure / Certification : Required : Associate Degree or equivalent in Cardiovascular Technology with non-invasive echocardiography training. Current CPR training. Must Meet the ARDMS certification prerequisites.

Preferred : ARDMS Registry.

Pay Scale Information

$75,712.00-$124,384.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
