• Monday - Sunday availability with 8 am - 4 pm clinic hours
• 90 patients across 7 nursing homes
• 3 weeks per month on-call coverage 1 week per month direct patient rounding
• Phone-based supervision and guidance of NP team during call periods
• Long-term position with minimum 3-month commitment
• Clinic closed on federal holidays
• Internal medicine or family medicine physicians accepted
• Weekday and weekend call via pager system
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
