Rehabilitation Aide
The Rehabilitation Aide will be responsible for assisting therapist and therapy assistant teams in caring for their patients. Additional job duties include bathing and toileting patients, preparing treatment areas, cleaning and organizing equipment, maintaining needs of equipment orders and various duties as assigned.

Physical And Sensory Requirements :
Must be able to sit for up to thirty minutes at a time. Be able to tolerate standing for thirty to forty-five minutes consecutively and be able to walk on level surfaces, stairs, carpeted surfaces, ramps for up to thirty minutes consecutively. Must have the ability to lift / move patients up to 300 lbs., push / pull patients weighting up to 300 lbs. Must have the ability to occasionally stoop / bend, crouch, kneel and reach above shoulder level. Must be capable of tactile sensation as it relates to feeling for muscle spasms, textures and skin temperature. Must have the ability to hear as it relates to normal conversation and ability to hear call bells. Must be capable of seeing as it relates to general vision, depth perception and peripheral vision.
Education : High School Diploma.
Training And Experience :
Preferred experience in the medical field.
Schedule :
Full time, first shift, 7am-3 : 30pm. 1 weekend (Sat & Sun) every 4 weeks. Holiday rotation. Primarily Bethlehem Campus. Occasionally float to Sacred Heart Campus.
