Physician Job Description :

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility, Sub-acute and long-term care patients

Schedule : Minimum of (2) days on site per week. Telehealth support is available on-site for virtual interactions (3) days per week.

On-Call : None. May elect to take call for the specific facility or enter into the company wide on-call pool (estimate of on-call pool commitment is once every 4-6 weeks)

Full-Time Salary Range : $180,000 base salary + RVU bonus model (Range : $180,000 - $300,000)

Hotel Reimbursement : Yes (overnight stay is not mandatory)
