We are seeking a FT Therapist to join our team in Tampa, FL!

Conveniently located on West Cypress Street in Tampa's Westshore Business District, near Tampa International Airport and major access points throughout Tampa Bay, Pasadena Villa Outpatient Tampa provides specialized mental health treatment for adults aged 18 and older. We address a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders, with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Position Summary

The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. Position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of the individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment. Therapists act as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serve as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and individuals to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.

Education and Experience

Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold or be working toward FL licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC).Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
