Care Team Specialist I

A company is looking for a Care Team Specialist I - Overnight Shift (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide spiritual support and connect with individuals via phone, email, and social media

Answer prayer line calls and triage for appropriate support

Maintain a commitment to Care Team values and ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on ministry experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment

Previous ministry training required

Solid understanding of scripture and strong knowledge of God's word

Associates degree (or higher) in biblical studies, theology, or equivalent is a plus
