About the Position :

  • We are seeking dedicated Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers with DoD security clearance for an exciting opportunity.
  • Work with a modern fleet, including 2025 Freightliner models equipped with upgraded interiors, APU's, refrigerators, and installed inverters.
  • Teams and matched teams, including husband & wife teams, are especially encouraged to apply!
  • We offer a generous sign-on bonus of $2000 per driver after 90 days of employment.

Position Benefits :

  • $2k minimum guarantee per driver, based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is higher.
  • Receive a $1,000 referral bonus for bringing in new drivers.
  • Participate in a paid, 2-1 / 2 day orientation held weekly.

    • Hiring Criteria :

  • Must possess a valid Class A CDL with regional or OTR experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent driving experience is required.
  • Applicants must be 23 years or older.
  • Previous DoD experience is a plus.
  • A TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement are required.
  • Applicants must have or be in the process of obtaining a Secret Clearance; Woodfield will assist with the clearance process for qualified drivers.
