We’re seeking passionate Career Counselors to guide and support students as they explore career paths, build job readiness skills, and prepare for their next steps in life. If you’re motivated by helping young people achieve their goals, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one and group career counseling

Develop personalized career plans and conduct assessments

Assist with résumés, interview prep, and job search strategies

Connect students with internships, job leads, and career events

Facilitate workshops and collaborate with staff to support student success

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field

Experience in school or career counseling (youth / young adult experience preferred)

Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills

Organized, professional, and student-focused

Bonus Points : Master’s degree, counseling certification / licensure, bilingual skills, or experience with career planning software.
