Bilingual Production Associate

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Production Associate for a company located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to manufacturing windows, with training and career development opportunities in a safe and collaborative environment.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Bilingual Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble windows according to specifications and protocols.
  • Perform production tasks such as lifting, packing, taping, labeling, and sorting.
  • Complete and maintain documentation to report production information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production and meet established deadlines.
  • Follow company procedures and standards.

Bilingual Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bilingual : English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Solid work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to navigate busy production environments.
