A county criminal background check for the past seven years for all counties lived and worked is necessary.

A federal criminal background check for the past seven years or more is required.

A multi-state criminal search for the past seven years or more is mandatory.

A nationwide sex offender search for the past seven years or more is needed.

An HHS / OIG search must be conducted.

A GSA search is necessary.

A social security number trace is required.

1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray is needed.

A SAM search must be completed.
