Customer Transport Coordinator

As a Customer Transport Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating vehicle relocation services, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely.
• Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling / registration, and storage placement.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
