Job descriptionMust have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification. Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required. Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred. Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors. Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization. Must have reliable vehicle / transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle. Travel to the office located in Dayton, OH, is required. Serving patients across the Dayton territory our CNAs (STNAs) offer consistent day-to-day support, helping maintain comfort and dignity through regular visits. You will build meaningful bonds while providing essential personal care and collaborating with the broader hospice team. If you are passionate about making every day count for patients and families, we would be honored to hear from you.
STNA (CNA) Full-time Schedule :
- Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM No Mandatory On Call
