POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead key initiatives within our rapidly growing engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and the broader Microsoft technology stack, and a strong track record in building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines, supporting Agile development workflows, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. This role will also drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, ensuring system reliability, performance, and operational excellence across all environments.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Define, implement, and document operational processes and procedures, with a focus on enhancing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Conduct periodic reviews for efficiency and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable cloud solutions and microservices, ensuring robust and resilient infrastructure on Azure.
• Maintain a suite of DevOps best practices and tools, with a strong emphasis on continuous integration and continuous delivery. Drive the creation of modular CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure deep observability into cloud-native applications, leveraging tools like Dynatrace for advanced diagnostics and performance monitoring. Automate application configuration and lifecycle management to ensure high availability and reliability in a 24 / 7 production environment.
• Measurement, optimization, and tuning of system performance and ensuring that systems will run reliably and are highly available in a 24 / 7 production environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, customers, and IT to design and evolve business solutions that align with operational excellence and innovation.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
