Key Responsibilities

Provide one-stop service for patients, advocating for their issues and concerns

Perform accounts receivable functions including cash collection and management of financial assistance programs

Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required

Minimum of 1 year related work experience required

Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred

Familiarity with billing systems and financial assistance programs is beneficial

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various staff levels
