Your Role

As an Orthodontic Assistant , you will play a critical role in our practice, blending technical expertise with mentorship to ensure successful patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include :

✅ Precision-driven orthodontic procedures , including arch wire adjustments, activation of orthopedic appliances, and indirect bonding

✅ Assisting in advanced treatments such as laser surgery, osteoclastogenesis, local anesthesia administration, and placement of Temporary Anchorage Devices

✅ Patient engagement and motivation , using behavioral psychology techniques to keep treatments on track

✅ Chairside appointment scheduling , ensuring a seamless experience for patients and families

✅ Confident and professional communication with parents, ensuring trust and clarity throughout treatment
