Implementation Lead

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional business readiness activities for new market implementations

Coordinate system and configuration changes with various departments to support new Exchange business

Resolve issues related to new business implementations and communicate outcomes effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 to 5 years of experience in enrollment, vendor management, or new business implementation

Demonstrated ability to conduct research and apply findings in a business context

Proven ability to work across organizations and build stakeholder trust

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CMS and state healthcare regulations
