Farm Equipment Mechanic or Service Tech

Now Hiring for position of Diesel Mechanic or Farm Equipment Service Technician.   Must pass drug test, and have dependable transportation.   Pay ranges from 14-$32 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.  BCBS insurance available.

Diesel Mechanic :   Key responsibilities would be diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements and conducting thorough inspections to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.  Must also be skilled in troubleshooting electronic systems and utilizing diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately.  skid and track loaders, compact excavators and telehandlers.   Our equipment is considered compact equipment.  Track Loaders, Skid Loaders, Compact Excavators and Telehandlers.

Farm equipment service tech - assemble equipment, delivery precheck equipment, cleaning shop and equipment, assist mechanics.  Diagnose and repair farm equipment.

In addition to hands on repairs, effective communication with farms and equipment operators is essential to understand their needs and provide optimal solutions.  Either position may require working in both shop and field operations.
