LOCATION : Fremont, CA (100% Onsite)

PAY RANGE : $58-$68 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :
Utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instrumentsConduct testing and analysis related to electrical circuits, signal integrity, I-V and RF tests, and optical microscopyManage procurement and inventory control of lab supplies and equipmentProvide technical support, training, and guidance to lab technicians, engineers, and other team membersEnsure compliance with ISO accreditations and audit requirementsGenerate detailed technical reports and deliver clear presentationsCollaborate effectively within a team-oriented environmentRequirements :
Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipmentStrong background in electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit design, I-V and RF tests), optical methods (Thermal and Light Microscopy), and design tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing, CT scanning)Expertise in lab equipment protocols, calibration, and configurationExperience in procurement and inventory management for laboratory suppliesKnowledge of ISO accreditation processes and audit requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentationsAbility to collaborate effectively with peers and across departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python programming and foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)Knowledge of materials analysis techniques such as DSC, TGA, XRF, and FTIRProven laboratory management and operations experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-based environmentsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)BENEFITS SUMMARY : Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
