Senior Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Scheduler to support complex program planning and execution. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-visibility projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in schedule management, earned value management systems (EVMS), and cross-functional collaboration within secure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project schedules in alignment with program requirements and industry standards.
• Support Project Managers by analyzing project status, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Generate "what-if" scenarios to support decision-making and contingency planning.
• Perform schedule analysis, trend and variance assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Create and maintain schedule reports, metrics, and change activity documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographic locations.
• Lead efforts to improve project management processes and implement best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to define requirements and project objectives.
• Assist in performance recovery planning and ensure project control systems are in place.
