Job Title : CNC Programmer

Job Description

As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in developing CNC programs using Mastercam for 3- to 5-axis CNC machines. Your efforts will support the production of mid- to high-complexity aerospace components. This role involves fixture design, drafting, cutter and tooling selection, toolpath creation, setup documentation, CNC verification, and shop aid sketches.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using CAD / CAM software (Mastercam) for aerospace components.
• Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various material types.
• Verify CNC code against engineering models using VERICUT Simulation.
• Interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine tooling, work holding, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Create setup documentation and support shop floor needs with accurate technical information.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
