Seeking an Estimator and a Senior Estimator to join our growing team.

Scaffolding or commercial and / or industrial equipment knowledge and experience preferred

Responsibilities include :

Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine the scope of work and material requirements.

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for equipment, materials, labor, and subcontractor services.

Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to identify potential cost savings or project challenges.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather pricing and technical data for bids.

Develop and submit competitive bid proposals within deadlines.

Maintain and update pricing databases and cost history records for future reference.

Conduct site visits to assess conditions, verify measurements, and gather necessary data for accurate estimates.

Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain current pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy, scope coverage, and compliance with project specifications.

Support contract negotiation by providing cost breakdowns and clarifying scope assumptions.

Track awarded projects to compare actual costs to estimates and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure estimates comply with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.

Assist in developing budgets, schedules, and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Prepare cost reports and participate in project handoffs to the operations team
