  • Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 pm schedule with shared call coverage
  • Clinical leadership position : 75% clinical care, 25% administrative duties
  • Comprehensive onsite diagnostic services including advanced cardiology testing
  • Established multispecialty practice
  • Excellent opportunity for experienced physician leader with 2+ years management experience
  • Experience with value-based care and managed care programs required
  • Board certification in geriatric medicine required
