Strength and Conditioning Coach

Monarch Athletic Club Position : STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH Join our multi-disciplinary team of medical and fitness professionals in an intimate, collaborative learning environment as we strive to redefine how health and wellness is delivered. ________________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification At least (3) years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning Preferred Qualifications : Masters Degree in Kinesiology-related field Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport Experience working with general population Experience training around pain and injury Responsibilities : Execute up to (35) training sessions per week Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform Construct individualized training programs for 10+ Monarch members Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments ________________________________________________________________________________ Monarch Athletic Club is located in West Hollywood, CA Job Type : Full-time Starting Pay : $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 1 - 3 years Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : Yes
