About the Role : CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, you'll oversee all financial functions of the enterprise while also leading corporate strategy, capital structure, and M&A. You'll be the trusted financial voice at the leadership table, partnering with ownership to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

What You'll Do : CFO

Provide enterprise-wide financial leadership : strategic planning, corporate finance, capital allocation, and treasury

Lead and modernize accounting, reporting, FP&A, and compliance functions

Guide M&A strategy, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration

Manage banking, bonding, insurance, and liquidity planning

Drive ERP and financial technology initiatives for scalable growth

Translate financial performance into actionable insights for ownership / Board

Mentor, develop, and scale the finance / accounting leadership team

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team

What You Bring : CFO

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

12+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or related industries

Proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic planning
