Alliance Mechanical is looking for a Dispatcher with experience dispatching Service Technicians. The Dispatcher is the central hub of communication between the Customer and Technician. The position will require you to answer phone calls, and then communicate effectively with the necessary Technicians in response to the request. The Dispatcher ensures that the appropriate Technician is routed accurately to the correct location at the requested time; ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all Customers. The ideal Dispatcher must remain calm, clear, and in control at all times. The Dispatcher must be dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.

Duties :

• Dispatches service jobs to the technician’s board.
• Routs technician’s schedules.
• Calls customers with appointment times.
• Provides the highest level of service to the Customer.
• Professionally communicates the service needed to Customers and Technicians.
• Distributes calls in a way that maximizes company productivity but with a focus on good departmental fairness.
• Establishes follow-ups with the department of any jobs that require a return visit.
• Quickly and efficiently learns the dispatch software in the Company’s business system.
• Provides positive interactions with our Technicians and the administrative staff.
• Provides back up when the Branch Manager is out of the office.
• Works rotational on-call as needed.
