The Senior Facility Planner plays a pivotal role in strategically optimizing the organization's physical environments, ensuring their effective and efficient utilization. This position is integral to high-level decision-making processes in facility management, requiring the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with various business units and a diverse array of stakeholders to align strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership, the role involves devising and executing strategies to reorganize campus spaces to optimally address the evolving needs of business units.
Key responsibilities encompass leading and mentoring a team of facility planners, upholding design standards, overseeing service requests for renovations ranging from small to large scale, spearheading front-end planning initiatives, and providing critical support to senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred field in Facility Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in space planning, facility management, or project management. Knowledge of building codes, ADA, safety regulations, and sustainability practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management), or similar space management program is a plus. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including advanced skills in MS Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. LEED Certification is a plus. Willingness to travel with a travel requirement of 20%.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
