Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality clinical services while ensuring all documentation meets established standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to address inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family interventions as outlined in treatment plans.
• Implement approved therapeutic interventions with clients and families.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation for all client interactions.
• Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings to coordinate care.
• Connect clients and families with specific services and resources identified in treatment plans.
• Act as a liaison with other professionals and agencies involved with clients.
• Proactively recruit new referrals to maintain a full caseload.
• Provide 24 / 7 on-call support to clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in assigned training and professional development activities.
