Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in K-12 education. This contract position is based in Picacho, AZ, with a start date ASAP and extending through the end of the school year, with potential continuation into the next school year. The role requires hands-on, in-person therapy delivery and is not open to virtual or teletherapy arrangements. Support from experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) will be provided to ensure effective caseload management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Utilize expertise in fine motor and gross motor skill development to support student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document therapeutic outes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Engage directly with students in school settings, providing in-person assessments and therapy sessions.
