Steinway & Sons is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support key initiatives across our Sales and Marketing departments. This position is ideal for students who are passionate about music, especially piano, and are interested in gaining professional experience at the intersection of luxury and the arts.

This internship will work 30-40 hours a week for the Spring 2026 semester, based at the historic Steinway Factory in Astoria, Queens. You will contribute to real-world projects and gain exposure to data analysis, promotional strategy, and business operations at a world-class organization.

Sample listing of projects include :

• Collaborate on the planning, execution, and marketing of national and local sales events and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze customer data from our CRM system to identify trends in lead generation, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports with insights into strategic decision-making.
• Assist in creating sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis tools.
• Provide direct support on high-impact sales initiatives and events at Steinway Hall, our NYC flagship showroom, and across multiple regions.
• Research and develop strategic recommendations for brand partnerships, influencer and artist collaborations, and product-related events.
• Support the development of training materials and presentations for our salesforce.

Requirements :

Estimated compensation range : $18-20 / hour.
