Job Summary :

We are seeking a Mortgage Closing Coordinator to schedule loan closings and type closing documents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Verify accuracy and consistency of specifications on title abstracts, insurance forms, and other required documents.
• Assemble documents for delivery to title company, real estate broker, or lending officer for closing.
• Review approved mortgage loans to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing and clear all conditions.
• Calculate loan interest and principal payment and closing costs.
• Record loan information in log and on government reporting forms.
• Call borrower, real estate broker, and / or title company to request specified and required documents, and schedule closing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
