Supplier Base Management Specialist

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a Supplier Base Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. Position responsibilities include supporting product management's contractual requirements and supplier collaboration to meet key performance expectations as defined in distribution agreements and / or SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning), generating and distributing supplier reports, gathering review data to identify risk and opportunities, system creation of a material record or shell record, supporting product line manager with quarterly business review, ability to create charts, analytics, data collection, supporting product line manager with reconciling open orders, backlog management, quality escapes, collaboration with functional and operational teams within the business to clear supplier AP, rebates or warranty claims are reconciled, support return authorization or manual allocations, assist in monthly / weekly RAIL activities with suppliers, support program and functional teams with customer responsiveness, support price catalog updates and ensure system is updated.
Basic qualifications (required skills / experience) include 3+ years of related work experience, experience analyzing and effectively summarizing vast amounts of data, experience developing / maintaining relationships internally and with external customers, ability to define problems, develop metrics, and work with product line manager to identify areas of risk or opportunities, proficient with various inter-relational software programs (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access).
Preferred qualifications (desired skills / experience) include a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, 3+ years of experience working within the aviation industry, ability to read, analyze, and understand market analysis.
This position will require a credit check. This position may require traveling up to 20% of the time. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $65,000.00 - $92,000.00.
