State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. ARRT Computed Tomography (CT)Registered Radiologic TechnologistBLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
