IP Trademark (Chicago)

BGSF is seeking candidates for several legal roles with our IP law firm located in downtown Chicago!

A Secretarial Manager, 2 Sr Trademark Paralegals and 2 IP Legal Assistants

• Direct hire
• $70,000 - $120,000, DOE and role
• Monday Friday, 900am 500pm
• Hybrid 2 days per week work from home AFTER training; Wednesdays required onsite
• REQUIRES 3+ years IP experience with a focus on trademark filing and document preparation; USPTO, and researching competitive trademarks; docketing; MS Office / Excel; IPM; 4-year degree; Case Management, Anaqua, Relativity systems strongly preferred

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle trademark and copyright documents from USPTO and foreign associates.
