Key Responsibilities
Manage and review complex tax returns for closely held businesses, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.Oversee client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax planning and compliance matters.Mentor and develop staff and senior-level tax professionals.Conduct research on technical tax issues and provide strategic guidance to clients.Collaborate with partners on firm strategy and business development initiatives.Qualifications
Active CPA license required.7+ years of public accounting experience with strong expertise in closely held business, partnership (1065), and individual (1040) taxation.Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, review complex returns, and lead client relationships.Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.Desire to build a long-term career and grow into an ownership role.Compensation & Benefits
