About the Role

Join the team driving digital transformation for North America's Discover / Shop websites. As Program Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions that power the online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Vehicle eCommerce Engineering Group Manager with team coordination, process improvements, presentations, documentation, and migrations.
  • Act as Program Manager across the Discover Shop IT ecosystem.
  • Oversee and optimize software deployment and release management, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Deliver clear, quantitative status updates to stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Lead the Cross Infrastructure Scheduling (CIS) process, including hosting weekly meetings and maintaining the master MYCO Dates calendar.
  • Manage Reveal Launches across vendors and applications; maintain launch checklists.
  • Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional teams to develop streamlined workflows.
  • Serve as liaison to Jira / Wiki admins for workflow changes and quarterly ticket reviews.
  • Manage collaboration team workload and serve as back-up access approver.
  • Coordinate with vendors (WPP, Dynatrace, Akamai, MotionPoint, Translations.com) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead weekly Blue Card meetings for content publishing and website updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years in IT, including 3+ years in Program Management.
  • Proven expertise in project / program management, process improvement, and vendor management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive or eCommerce environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Performance tuning and online documentation experience.
