Dietary Aide

to join our team and support residents' nutritional needs with care and attention.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages following dietary guidelines and procedures.

Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Deliver meals to residents, following special dietary restrictions and preferences.

Take inventory of kitchen supplies and food items, assisting with restocking as needed.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including kitchen maintenance and general cleaning tasks.

Assist in setting up and taking down dining areas before and after meals.

Stay up to date on facility-specific dietary procedures, including state regulations.

Support educational programs on nutrition and dietary wellness as needed.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in food service or healthcare settings preferred.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Ability to follow dietary guidelines, including therapeutic and kosher meal preparations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless an appropriate medical exemption is provided.

Availability to work

mixed shifts (6 AM - 11 PM) and every other weekend
