What The Role Entails

The CloudHQ Talent Acquisition team is seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to play a key role in our global hiring initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will support full life-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and onboarding, helping us hire exceptional talent across multiple entities and locations, both domestically and internationally.

As a close partner to our Talent Acquisition Managers and fellow Associates, you will help design and execute modern recruiting strategies that attract a diverse, high-caliber pipeline of talent. Youll join a collaborative, fun, and enthusiastic group that is deeply committed to strengthening our culture, elevating our employer brand, and supporting the growth of our global teams.

What You Will Get to Do

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Organize virtual and in-person interview schedules for candidates and the respective hiring teams
• Review and post requisitions to applicable job boards
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to track candidate progress
• Co-lead college recruiting efforts, including coordinating and attending career fairs, as well as co-manage internship programs
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Paylocity to organize and track recruiting activities, as well as provide hiring metrics as requested
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and / or other Human Resource staff during the offer process
• Support recruitment marketing efforts, including branding, advertising, and promotional activities
• Organize travel for candidates, as required
• Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as required
